Welcome to Ravens Class. Our Teacher is Mr Jones and our Teaching Assistants are Mrs Wright and Mrs Bale. On this page you will find our curriculum maps and learning throughout the year.

Today we've been wearing our 'editing specs' when editing our Hot Writes from last week. We took turns to read each other's work before giving feedback as editor.

Today we finished our DT unit this half-term by making our own Minecraft-inspired toys.

In Computing this week, we took a step back from stop-animation and had a go at making animation without a computer by creating flipbooks!

This week we have been learning about roman numerals in Maths. We've also been practising a song that we'll share on Friday!

This week Ravens class have been rewriting the story of 'Cinnamon'. We've enjoyed using adjectives and inverted commas to bring the story to life. Do you know how a tiger moves through the world? Read our stories to find out!

Today we began our Science and DT lessons. In Science, we explored the impact of pulling forces by conducting an experiment. In DT we began exploring mechanical systems by creating levers and pulleys.
