In particular we are looking to celebrate things that we are doing well, and keep doing them. Also we are looking to make improvements where we can. 

When something good has been recognised, it will be displayed below. When something has been mentioned that needs further action, then it will be 'actioned' or remedied as far as possible and this will be displayed below too. Sometimes we will not be able to make any improvements so your idea will not be published. Often this will be due to a lack of time or money. We will try our best though!
