Lockdown PE challenges

Lockdown '100' challenge - In honour of Captain Tom

As many of you will know, Captain Sir Tom Moore sadly died last week. He became famous last year during the first lockdown, after challenging himself to walk 100 laps of his garden by his 100th birthday to raise money for the NHS, amazingly he raised over 32 million pounds!!

I want you to challenge yourself to complete a physical activity 100 times. This could be completing 100 skips, 100 burpees, 100 star jumps, 100 jumps on your trampoline, 100 laps of your garden.....whatever you like!! If you can, get someone to take a photo and send it in to your class page so everyone can see what you did.

Here are some links for some PE ideas to keep you active during Lockdown #3
