Skipping challenge during lockdown #3

How many skips can you do in 1 minute? (if you want to make it harder increase the time, try 2 or 3 minutes).

Record your results every time you do it and see how much better/fitter you get over this lockdown. I will ask for you to email me your results at the end of lockdown!!! If you don't have a skipping rope, just pretend!!! smiley
