Week five remote learning (week starting 1st February)



There is a short video to watch about attacking and defending skills which you can use in team games, like Basketball, that we did in the Autumn term.


The other video is from the Youth Sport Trust and is delivered by a former Paralympic athlete called Kate Grey. She shows some simple exercises you can do at home to get your heart pumping!



Have a go at these task cards, complete each activity for 1 minute, and then do it all again, so that you exercise for 16 minutes. Highlight and right click on the BIG link below!
