Wednesday

Good morning Owls!

Did you have even more fun in the snow yesterday! I have loved seeing your photos of snowmen, snow angels, snow ball fights and sledging. If you want to see what other people got up to why not look on the Gallery page. As you can see below, Hobbes and Mia were feeling braver and had a go at walking in the snow.

I forgot to mention yesterday that it was pancake day! Pancakes and snow in one day! Did you make pancakes? Did you manage to flip one in a pan? I have sugar and syrup on mine, what do you have on yours?

I am looking forward to see you on Thursday!

Stay safe,

SPAG

English

In this lesson we are going to be looking at the character, the Unlucky Man. We are going to be presenters just like the ones you see on TV and interview the other characters in the story to see how they feel about the Unlucky Man.

Maths

In the activity today you will be sharing and grouping. Use the help sheet below to remind yourself of the difference between the two. Have a go at the game first to get Maths ready. When you watch the video, you will be completing the activities at the same time. You may like to print out or copy the activity questions first so you know what questions you need to answer. If you watch the whole video first, the answers will be given. If you feel confident, have a  go at the challenge, it is tricky!
