What places do the family adventure through in ‘We’re going on a bear hunt’? They travel through long wavy grass, a deep cold river, thick oozy mud, a big dark forest, a swirling whirling snowstorm and a narrow gloomy cave. Can you think of some different adjectives or maybe even some different places to travel through? What kind of sounds can you here as you walk through? How many places can you think of? Remember to use expanded noun phrases and try some alliteration. You may use the word banks and the sentence frame to help you.
