Good morning Owls,
I hope you had fun as a zoo keeper and learning about all the different animals. I certainly did. I can't wait to see what you have chosen to create!
After you have completed the English and Maths activities, you may decide to finish your zoo work from yesterday, you could choose another zoo project to complete or join in with the CARE and the Music lessons instead. Parents/carers, please see the email sent earlier in relation to the CARE video.
Miss Stevenson, Mrs Parkinson and Miss Raven
If you could be any animal what would you be and why?
When we practice our spelling using a pyramid, a take it one letter at a time. For example, school.
Practise with the spellings below.
Today we are going to be using conjunctions. Can you remember what a conjunction is? A conjunction is a joining word like and, but, or, so. In this lesson, we are going to focus on 2 particular conjunctions 'when' and 'if'.
Today is going to be a bit of a challenge. You are going to be answering word problems. You have got to read the question very careful to find out what operation you will need to use. If it is getting bigger then you will need to add. If it is getting smaller then you will need to subtract. Remember to use the methods that you used yesterday.
Continue on with your work from yesterday. If you have finished you could create something else or complete the Music and the CARE activities below.
In the lesson today, we are going to look at different types of families. We will identify the different types of family there are in our country and also other countries. We will recognise that each family is different but families have very similar values; to love and care for each other.
In this lesson, we will learn to use our bodies to show pulse in lots of different ways.
