2. As the weather is warmer now, could you do some exercises outside?

 - try some shuttle runs, sprinting/jogging between two markers.

 - skipping

 - star jumps and spotty dogs

 -  go for a walk/run with somebody in your family, ride your bike (check with an adult first), bounce on your trampoline! smiley
